Jade Spratling

My counseling career started with a few detours that ultimately brought me full circle. In 2004, I graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Science Degree, where I worked in Human Services briefly before returning to Mercer University to obtain my Post-Baccalaureate in Early Childhood/Special Education with Gifted Endorsement. From there, I spent 16 years as a classroom teacher. In 2019, I began my counseling graduate studies at Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA and graduated with my Master of Art in School Counseling Degree, May 2021.
As the demands of mental health support in schools continue to rise I am passionate about furthering my education in this field. Currently, I am working towards obtaining my Georgia LPC, which I believe will significantly enhance student success.
I am excited to serve as Jefferson Elementary’s School Counselor and look forward to working together to continue cultivating the Jefferson City School standard of excellence for tomorrow’s future.
